Alumni of the Department of Mathematics are an important component to the continued success of our program. By going forth and "Spreading the Red" and making us proud, our alumni represent the Department well around the city, state, country, and world. We are always excited to hear what our alumni are up to now and to keep them involved in the happenings in and around the Department.
We want to stay in touch with you. If you wish to include your information on a Mathematics alumni directory page , send your name, the degree you earned, the year you graduated, and any contact information to the Department Chair (Email George Seelinger).
There are many ways that you can help the Department of Mathematics continue to be successful including gifts, in-kind gifts, internships, networking, and career counseling.
The Department is pleased to be able to recognize alumni with the Mathematics Education Alumni Award. Each year, this award recognizes the accomplishments of a Mathematics alumnus or alumna who has made significant contributions to mathematics education during his or her career. If you are interested in nominating someone for this award (including self-nominations), please complete the nomination form and return it to the Department Chair (George Seelinger) by January 31, 2012.
Check out what some of our former students are up to!
