The data here were collected on Tuesday, 12 January 1999, by students in MAT 312. Each of the 30 entries repesents the number of raisins in a singleserving box of raisins.






























Students were assigned the task of using the data to help answer the following question:Is it unusual for a box of raisins to contain 86 raisins? Written responses are expected next class period, to include not only a YES or NO response to the question but to provide a basis for the response.
