For the Spring 2020 semester, final exams week will start on Saturday, May 2nd as scheduled. Due to the measures that the University has taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, some changes in the original exam schedules have had to be made. This page has been created so that authorized changes in final exams and authorized exceptions to Success Week are publically available.
As a reminder, during Success Week:
- Tests that amount to more than 10% of the course grade may not be given and due.
- Assignments worth more than 10% of the course grade, including - but not limited to - course projects, papers, speeches, graded performances, graded performance and portfolio assessments, etc., may not be due unless they have been early specified on the class syllabus distributed within the first two week of the semester.
Exceptions to the rule include: Summer classes, Make-up exams, One-credit courses, Labs, and Graduate Courses.
Further exceptions to this may be granted by the Department Chair. Exceptions granted to this provision of the policy shall be posted on this site.
